Enjoy the mild winter days and beautiful winter nights on the large covered patio, complete with large BBQ gas grill, outdoor dining table, and lovely seating area, or come during our spring and summer and enjoy the refreshing pool, and cool A/C to escape the AZ heat . There is a large yard for your full enjoyment complete with new turf area for lounging. The great-room has a custom island with seating, a small dining table, and a fully stocked kitchen. A leather couch and recliner for your T.V. watching comfort.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, TV, and a walk in closet with two small dressers. The master bathroom has double sinks, and a custom tile shower.
The first guestroom has a queen sized bed, with a large dresser and closet. The second has a queen bed with a small dresser and closet.
The guest Bathroom has a tub and shower combo and one sink.
