"Absolutely delightful hotel. We were really pleased with our stay. The standard of the room was really excellent with a fantastic modern decor and kitted out really well. The staff were very pleasant and friendly and we particularly liked the poolside restaurant which had a very nice menu and good range of dishes. We were really pleased with our stay and hope to return next year."

"I really enjoyed this hotel, fantastic location on the beach, less than a 10 minute walk from Flower Street. Bedrooms overlooking the beach and a private area on the beach, with loungers and umbrellas all included in the stay. Staff were all really helpful. Only down side is that most of the food is served cold on cold plates, which is a shame as the food itself is OK, and constantly running out of small spoons! Would stay there again."

"The hotel is really good and I would of rated it excellent if it wasn’t for the dirty pool area. The pool itself is great but lots of litter being left from the day before. Not enough bins around the pool area. "

"Really amazing hotel in the centre of Sunny Beach - it’s close to everything - restaurants, Bars, shops and the beach. It can be a bit noisy at night from the clubs. The hotel is lovely and has had a huge refurb - it’s amazing modern style and probably now one of the best hotels in Sunny Beach. "Very handy all inclusive hotel just across the road from the beach. Helpful staff. Buffet spread is varied, not brilliant but all inclusives never are. Pool good temperature & the bar staff are generous with drink pouring! Small tvs but international channels. AC works brilliantly. Only downside of room was only one plug point that worked in mine at the desk. The only other one behind the bed was broken. Was allowed to pay for later checkout which helped with enjoying facilities more before late night flight! "

"We booked the room and then we attempted to contact the property countless times to confirm our reservation and no one answered the phone. On arrival were met by a staff member that should not be working in hospitality as he never said any welcoming words. On the way to our room we realised that we made a huge mistake as the dirt in the corridors was indescribable and unfortunately the smell of food such as fry macro and variety of off soup we’re almost chocking us; never mind that when I entered the room I realised that the room itself was worst than the corridors, when tried to get a shower the shower was broken which was fixed but the toilet flush wasn’t working properly and I did have to fill 10 litres of water bottle and use it to flush the toilet.This also was reported but for four days we were there no one did fixed the issue. In the morning we miss the breakfast but when we went to the snack bar it become clear to us why there was bad smell in the corridor as the staff were frying everything in a black oil, the tables and food areas were disgusting. Food at the snack bar is disgusting and not safe to eat. Nobody from the hotels chefs follow food hygiene guidelines and checked the temperature of the hot dishes during my stay! Kitchen staff did not speak any different languages like English. There is no description of the food nobody knows what they eating! No information about food allergy! The hotel description are 4 stars but did not meet the criteria for 2 stars!"

"Beautiful and clean property, convenient location on the beach and near buy shopping, restaurants. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. The only problem we have is the parking. No parking available and we got a parking ticket with in 5 min just to check in to the hotel."
