"Booked this hotel because it was near airport. Great and spacious apartment but there wasnt anything nearby for food or amenities. Check-in was done online, so there wasnt any staff around but there's a virtual video chat support. Couldnt get a taxi using their phone because the taxi company doesnt speak any english, luckily we managed to get hold of a staff to help us."

"It was the perfect find for a late night arrival in Hokkaido. Also appreciated the tip from the venue on the convenience of the express bus. We were a little uneasy with the instructions and whether we could actually access the room, but ultimately everything worked as intended. It’s quite narrow but perfect for 2 people. Lots of conbini and food options nearby, including a fantastic ramen shop an 8 minute walk away (open until 2am), where we had one of our favorite meals on the trip."

"Staffs, room, and services are great. We enjoyed so much staying in the hotel. Breakfast was good and delicious. We recommend this hotel for everyone who come to Sapporo esp arriving late at night. It is 5 minutes from the exit and it is inside the terminal. Two thumbs up "
