"The room is good, but there are steps up and down. It's a half-hour taxi ride from the city center, so unless you drive, it's not convenient. The beach in front is filled with garbage. Breakfast and service were good. "

"Nice Hotel, Good Food, Nice Staff. Clean Onsen facilities. Well maintained, but quite dated inside. Only big problem was my room smelled really bad of damp. Abit pricey for what it is, but the staff were nice and the food was good. "

"最上川のすぐ近くで、どの部屋の窓からも最上川が望めます。
2024年の水害で 、大きな被害を受けられてからの復興は、大変だったと思いますが、笑顔で、迎えて下さり、スタッフ一人ひとりが、細やかな心配りをして下さいました。
横なぐりの雨の中、車からどうやってフロントまで、行こうかと思い悩んでいたら、傘を持って駆け寄って下さいました。
温かい気持ちになれました。
スタッフ皆さんのおかげで、山形旅行は、とても心に残るものになりました。徳島から、来て良かったです。ありがとうございました。"
