They have a wonderful onsen with both indoor and outdoor options. It was especially beautiful this morning with snow covered trees. They have a lovely woman who does massages and who greeted me with a smile whenever our paths crossed. The hotel is right across from the train and bus station so getting around was very easy!

Snowboarding and Onsen with Family (incl.6yo) Hotel staff is nice and friendly. Tasty n variety. Located near Yuzawa Stn. Easy to find restaurant. Just 1 thing, if u come this hotel by car, I strongly recommend you to call hotel before arrive. Following GPS you will get lost...

Terrible sales, not customer oriented

Don't stay here. This place is dishonest and too much sales-focused. I have been traveling to Japan over 30 times across different prefecture, for both business and vacation, and this is the weirdest hotel I've ever stayed. #1. Trying to double charge for the breakfast, which I already paid. When we checked in, they informed us that breakfast is not included from their system. I showed them my booking with Hotels.com which clearly indicates breakfast buffet. They agreed that I booked it but because they cannot see it from their system, they insisted we have to pay it again. After 3 times appealing to their upper management, they fixed it. Tiring. #2. Gave us a blocked view room with no privacy, while we booked the mountain view. First night we realized that the room window is facing to other house, leaving us no privacy at all. Next morning I went to the reception telling them it seems we've got a wrong room. They agreed that it's not a mountain view, but all their mountain view rooms are taken so I have to pay extra to upgrade to the suite if I want a mountain view. Their solution from 2 occasions are, "paying more money to fix your problem". I'm not asking more. I just wanted what I booked and paid. 寝具が最悪でした。敷布団用のマットレスもケチって置いてないので、布団を畳に直敷で固くてよく寝れませんでした。冬に訪問しましたが、施設の空調機が古く、加湿器とのバランスが取れていないので暖かくすると乾燥がひどく、加湿を優先すると寒いという、二者択一です。客室の風呂、洗面も古く、使う気になりません。大浴場は綺麗でメンテナンスされてる感はありました。 価格がもっと安ければ選ばなかったですが、一人当たりの額が素泊まりで1.8万と、ある程度の値段を取るので、そこそこのクオリティを期待していましたが、がっかりでした。もうリピートは無いですね。一見さんの海外客需要中心ならリピートつかなくても回せるから強気な価格設定って事なのでしょうか。ボロボロの施設を限界まで使って、稼げるだけ稼いでその後は、その時考える。っていう経営姿勢に思えてなりません。

和室2室の部屋を3人で予約したのですが、チェックイン時にホテル側から「本日は差額無しで貴賓室にさせて頂きました」ということで、部屋に入り、少しくつろいだところで、ホテル側のミスの為、本来の予約部屋の廊下を挟んで斜め前の部屋へ移動させられました。出張で他社さんの２人の方と一緒なのですが、２人とも素直に移動してくれましたが、予約した私にとってはとても侵害でした。朝食バイキングも品数が少なく品祖な物ばかりでした。

After a long day of snowboarding, relax at the hotel’s onsen enjoying the most wonderful bath I ever had in my life. Hotel also offer a variety choices of bath and beauty products for you to try on. I actually bought some of the products are the shops. The breakfast is awesome as well, staffs are very kind and thoughtful. I’ll defintely come stay again!
