"Could have been a 5 star. Unfortunately the room on the 1st night was located directly opposite a staff door that creaked loudly everytime it is open or closed. Could not sleep on the 1st morning due to that. Otherwise. Hotel is great. Staff were very helpful (helped me change room) and location was perfect. Just avoid room 4119 the noisy room :)"

"The hotel seems to be a bit old (was told over 20 years) but the staff were very friendly and helpful when we complained about the odor in the rooms. The hotel manager Brenda was very nice. She apologized and showed us other rooms that are clean and fresh. We switched to the new rooms and was happy about it. The staff in the restaurant, front desk , concierge were also very friendly and helpful. We are very satisfied and pleased during the stay. "

"This hotel is located within walking distance of the subway, take the Bijin stop, one before the airport, exit 1 and walk about 3 blocks north. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the airport.
