"I have rated this 5 but with some negatives. No indication of house # except to state abstinent B which was written on the building but could not be seen until you actually were in front of the building. No washer dryer and no elevator in building. Had to take elevator in Batiment A to 1st floor and then walk and carry bags up the stairs to our flat. Could have left some extra towels as the heated towel rack did not work. Will I stay here again probably not"

When entering the apartment, the smell is strongest, but after a few minutes we would just get used to it. Initially we thought these were smells from cleaning / detergents, but we realised after a while that this was heating oil smells. We came back yesterday and all our equipment needs to be washed. "Really good stay! We came for a short 2 night city break to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Nash Pratik hotel was really a nice stay for people looking for a short break. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful, and their English was superb too! The shuttle bus got us from the airport and was a very comfortable journey. The breakfast was superb as well, If you are looking to stay in Geneva for a couple of days, I highly recommend this hotel. The room was small but it suited us exactly for what we needed. The mattress was very firm however that is pretty standard for most hotels. It's a short walk to the bus stop that takes you directly into town and the hotel supply bus passes for use in Geneva. Really enjoyed our stay!"
