"Die Villa in Bellerive liegt an einem wunderschönen Ort direkt über dem Murtensee, tolle Aussicht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr komplett, modern und grosszügig. Grundsätzlich alles OK, wenn da nicht die Agentur HEIWA House wäre. Deren Service existiert eigentlich gar nicht. äusserst kompliziertes Check-in, kein persönlicher Kontakt zur Agentur, man wird laufend mit x-Mail bombardiert und liest offenbar die gesandten Antworten nicht. Ohne viel Glück wären wir bei unserer Ankunft (es war ja niemand...

"Très bon accueil de Gary, excellente location tout y est ,rien ne manque. Pour les toutous pas de problème il y a de quoi les promener. Si un jour nous revenons en Suisse nous reprenons la même. Nous la recommandons. Mr et Mme G FRANCE"

"The property is immediately opposite Lausanne rail station and between the 2 metro stops. It is very quiet inside the hotel and the bed was extremely comfortable. There is a coffee maker in the room and a carafe for water. The shower is great. The staff are all very helpful, with ideas for places to visit and transport information "

"A fantastic building. Lots of historical features kept. The room was very comfortable. The little bar served well priced drinks which came with a toblerone pyramid. The restaurant was just what we needed at the end of the day. Menu was faultless. Never eaten perch before. Will try to get it in the UK. Isn't that what holidays are all about? Something new. And last but not least the wonderful reception staff Thank you."
