Muy buena relación precio-calidad

En general estuvo muy bien, el lugar es muy agradable. Lo único es que se anuncia que tiene alberca y el servicio no está disponible, y en cuanto a la limpieza creo que tienen que cuidar más los detalles, había un mosquito muerto junto al lavabo, y nos fueron a hacer la limpieza un día, y el mosquito siguió ahí después de que la hicieron. La comida es muy rica, y la única sugerencia que haría es que las aguas fueran naturales. Nos quedamos en una habitación triple, las camas de abajo eran cómodas, pero la del topanco era tipo colchoneta gruesa, quizás esté bien para un niño, pero para un adulto puede ser incómoda. Sí recomiendo el lugar, el personal es muy atento, la comida vale la pena y el ambiente es agradable. Sí regresaríamos.

La alberca no estaba en funcionamiento, el área de juegos está muy deteriorada y peligrosa para los pequeños, físicamente las habitaciones no se parecen a las fotos promocionales, las sábanas tenían un olor como a petróleo extraño.

El ambiente rústico y su restauran son ideales para descansar, el complemento del spa es bueno... Considero si tener ventiladores en las habitaciones que no cuentan con calefacción ya que por la humedad y en bochorno la habitación se siente caliente. . Y ojalá solo hubiera alguien en el restaurante que pudiera darte un café o algo sencillo para la noche ya que el restaurante cierra a las 7pm .

El concepto de hotel me gusto, lo unico que si creo que pudieran mejorar es que en la habitación de 4 camas en donde 2 estan arriba deberian colocar un soporte en medio para que este mas reforzada la parte de arriba

Muy recomendable.

Es un muy bonito lugar y disfruté mucho la habitación con chimenea. Lamentablemente el restaurante cierra los martes y no había ni café. El internet estuvo muy irregular. La presión y temperatura de la regadera muy bien. Sugiero no dejar suektis a los Gran Danés, porwue aunque son tranquilos, no dejan de imponer. Espero regresar printo.

Me gusto el concepto del hotel su decoración ecleptica que tiene diversos detalles, los jardines muy limpios, la habitación impecable, el servicio del restaurante bueno y los precios tanto de hospedaje como alimentos muy accesibles. Sin lugar a dudas volvere en otro momento.

Al llegar no me daban la habitación porque según estaba ya rentada ! Tardaron en organizarse como 30min !! Finalmente me dieron una habitación más gran y todo estuvo excelente

N buen hotel

Es un buen hotel sobre la carretera 15 minutos antes de llegar a Zacapoaxtla. Me gusto que la habitacion que me dieron tenia chimenea sin embargo no fue necesaria utilizarla debido a que la temperatura dentro de la habitacion era muy agradable
