"We had a great time at this beautiful home. We were there last year and loved it so much that we returned this year. The view of Monroe Bay is absolutely spectacular. We especially enjoyed watching the sunsets. We look forwarding to visiting again!"

"Overall very pleased. Seemed like a lot of money for the property but I guess that’s what waterfront cost. House was very clean and well equipped. Loved the mini-splits in each room. The only reason I gave “cleanliness” four stars is because the outside trash can had a bunch of trash the smelled horrible and the recycling container also had trash in it. Michelle was great and very responsive. There’s a great market on the island but very few dining options and no fine dining. Very cozy...

"This home has everything you’ll need and more than an average rental home. The interior is so inviting and comfortable to truly enjoy yourself. Blake has thought of just about anything you might need while you’re away from home including a well stocked kitchen. All of the bedrooms are a great size with room darkening shades and beds that are extremely comfortable. Even the outside has comfortable seating and beach chairs to enjoy the river. "Can’t say enough about our time here. Lovely little home just right for the family. The perfect amount of activities with the small private beach, paddle boards, kayaks, hot tub and nightly bonfires. Kids loved the community tennis courts and super nice pool. Just what we were looking for. "
