"Staff is not helpful or welcoming here. Check in took 30 minutes and check out was not quick either. I have never had another hotel take so long. There were holes in the bedding and the towels were old. The hotel room are spacious but they did not live up to their name or ratings. The staff was very uptight and did not honor their policies. We booked two rooms for 4 people and only received two breakfast vouchers. This hotel is also further from the city center than it appears. You have to climb...
