Todo bien, a excepción de algunas reglas muy poco ortodoxas como quedarse con las identificaciones de los huéspedes hasta el final de la estancia (y si alguno no la tiene o la necesitan en algún punto de la estancia?) o quedarse con la llave del carro en el estacionamiento. De ahí en fuera, buena opción para una noche de descanso en el corazón de Zacatecas.

Cuiden la clase de personas que contratan

Siempre me quedo en ese hotel y nunca había tenido problema alguno. Pero resulta que el unico lugar en el viaje donde use mi tarjeta de forma fisica fue al pagar el hospedaje. Habia un chico "nuevo" en recepción (viernes 25 de julio 6:30 pm) le di mi tarjeta y se la llevo para dentro de la oficina. Al siguiente dia intentaron hacerme cobros de compras en linea...

Esta muy lindo, muy limpio y la verdad que demasiado completo a excepción de que dejaron solo un botecito de shampoo y éramos 2 personas y mejor compramos uno en el OXXO cercas y nos gustó a mi y a mi pareja que te dejan una cafetera con el café y todo pero nos dio risa por qué no la puedes conectar a la luz por qué son distintos enchufes, fue gracioso, de hay en mas todo muy cómodo y lindo

El personal de recepción siempre es complicado pues aunque son profesionales a veces te atienden con mala cara. El ballet de auto siempre muy amable. Había tenido estancias agradables pero en esta ocasión reserve una habitación con una sola cama y no me lo respetaron...lo peor fue que me asignaron una habitación con puerta compartida y debido a eso se escuchaba todo lo del cuarto de al lado, gente que llegó en la madrugada con la fiesta y no me permitió dormir.

Bien pero regadera incómoda

En general bien pero la regadera de la habitación está extremadamente incómoda, yo soy chaparrito y aun así me tenía que agachar, es como para niños! Además el acomodo de la regadera hacía que se tirará mucho el agua, por más que le tapaba, sin duda un error de diseño del baño.
