"The hotel was excellent and very clean. All staff were very friendly and helpful especially Nikolina at reception and Jakob in the lounge bar. We enjoyed lovely meals at Planika and Bracera and a particular mention to Alexandria who provided excellent customer service throughout our entire meal. The hotel’s own restaurant where breakfast and dinner is served is also excellent with very tasty dishes and again great customer service. Thank you, we will return"

Make sure you contact the property with check-in times before arrival, I didn't see the note that the property owner isn't on-site. Loved this hotel all around! Location couldn't be better, staff excellent, restaurant wonderful , lovely breakfast . Our room had an issue with the AC being a bit too cold for me but the front desk was able to override this strong fan blowing - other than that - perfect!
