Bon rapport qualité prix

Chambre 8 très grande avec frigo. Quelques places de parking sur place. Pas vraiment de réception il faut chercher où entrer. Petite piscine pas testée mais en bordure de rue. Petit déjeuner en extérieur complet et correct. A quelques minutes en voiture du centre de Zadar.Trop loin pour y aller à pied.

Good cost-benefit

The atmosphere is familiar. We have met someone from the accommodation only when we got there to check in and during breakfast. There’s no reception once it’s as accommodation. It was said if we arrived late we should call the hotel because the main door might be closed. The land number (website and hotels.com) was wrong. I tried to talk to them about my reservation before getting there but they didn’t reply to the emails or calls.

Filthy room ruined otherwise great experience.

Quick check-in and nice pool area. Parking was great and breakfast was good. Host was nice and friendly. Room was not cleaned well, bad odor and black mold starting to grow in the shower and ceiling looked like it had water damage...

Séjour agréable

Agréable séjour de passé à la villa Marina, nous avons bien été accueilli par la propriétaire qui nous a donné des conseils (supermarchés, resto etc), la piscine avec vu sur la mer. Rien à redire !!! La ville Omis est également une belle petite ville qui ce laisse visiter avec son port et ces belles plages.

Amazing Villa just a short Uber/Taxi from Town

We stayed in room 6 at the villa and it was a lovely room with a massive balcony and a beautiful view! We were met by the owner (I think) who was lovely, showed us a map of Zadar and where the highlights were and then showed us around. Pool is nice and an ok size though it helped it wasn’t busy when we went. Great place to relax. Also gets plenty sun all day. The hotels dog came to say hi too which was great as we love dogs but might be worth considering or mentioning if anyone was allergic. Breakfast was simple but lovely And had all the usual continental items available. Worst thing I can say about the hotel is that it’s a long 45min walk to zadar old town which was fine for us once in the heat. After that, we just used Uber’s which was about £5 each way! Well worth it to save 45min and arrive without being all sweaty. If I ever found myself back in zadar, I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it in a heartbeat. It’d have to be Room 6 for the view though as it’s what made the stay for us.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la disponibilité et la sympathie de l'hôte! Personne très disponible et d'un bon accueil. C'est un endroit idéal si vous avez des vélos et que vous désirez visiter Zadar (seulement 15-20 minutes du centre historique). La chambre était très propre, grande et petit balcon donnant une vue (petite) sur la mer. Une belle sensation de vacances!

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und alles war alles vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Parkplätze gibt es genügend und das Personal war sehr nett. Wir können das Hotel Villa Julian nur weiter empfehlen.

Villa calme et moderne.

Villa vraiment bien placée, en hauteur, au calme, à 10min en vélo du centre ville. Le personnel est très accueillant et donne des conseils pour les sorties et les lieux à voir. Nous avons pu utiliser gratuitement les vélos à disposition pour faciliter nos déplacements. Je recommande !
