Villas in Zadar

"NEVER GO TO VILLA PLAT!!! First trip to Croatia and very very dissapointed by the way some (especially in Villa Plat) are treating their customers. You need to be alert on every single detail because their only goal is to rob you. Airport transfer, cleaning fees they ask while they are not cleaning the room. I'm really pissed. "

"Von der Anreise, über den Aufenthalt bis hin zur Abreise war alles super. Wir hatten in der ersten Nacht zwar ein kleines Problem worum sich aber direkt gekümmert wurde. Es wurde auch am nächsten Tag nochmal nachgefragt ob alles gut ist. Wir haben uns vor Ort sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter."

"We had the perfect stay here. The villa was in immaculate condition and had everything a family could need. Well stocked kitchen; good sized pool; table football table; pool table and swing set. Plus a beautiful garden where we could pick our own tomatoes and peppers. Even better the hosts were absolutely lovely, super friendly and helpful when we had some trouble with our car and even gave us all gifts when we left. Highly highly recommended."

"Alles war so wie es beschrieben wurde. Das Gelände war sehr sauber und übersichtlich, zudem wurden wir von einem sehr zuvorkommenden Eigentümer empfangen. Er war stets hilfsbereit, ebenso hat er uns diverse Empfehlungen gegeben (Touren etc.) Das Obst und Gemüse von ihm war lecker und frisch. Der Pool am Tag und der Whirlpool am Abend waren sehr schön, ebenso ist die Lage vollkommen akzeptabel da man alles in 10 min mit dem Auto erreichen kann. Alles in Allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt...

"Dominik war immer erreichbar und immer zur stelle wenn man ihn brauchte. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Es fehlte an nichts. Der pool war das Highlight für die Kinder, aber auch für uns. Das Wasser reicht locker für den ganzen Tag und beide Wohnungen sind Klimatisiert so das man angenehm schlafen kann. Es liegt eher abseits so das man auf ein Auto angewiesen ist. In allem hat uns der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen."

Obwohl der Vermieter im Erdgeschoss wohnte, hatten wir viel Privatsphäre und wurden nicht gestört, auch wenn wir bis in die frühen Morgenstunden gefeiert haben. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und kam uns mit einigen Geschenken entgegen, was wir sehr nett fanden. Bei der Kommunikation gab es allerdings ein paar Probleme aufgrund der Sprachbarriere. "The property is made up of 3 apartments. Each apartment has its own parking space and shared access to the pool. We stayed in the mid-level apartment and were a group of 3. It was perfect for us. Children and parent had separate bathrooms, a good double room each and plenty of lounge, kitchen and balcony space to relax in. "We had a great holiday staying at Ana's villa. Very friendly welcome, super clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The garden and pool area are very private as the neighbouring house was not occupied. About 15 minutes by car from Zadar, the coast at Sukosan and the lake at Posedarje. (the roads are excellent) Would thoroughly recommend Villa Andu!"
