"Wir hatten fünf Zimmer gebucht, jedoch hatten sie nur eins für uns reserviert, da überbucht und wir mussten zu fünft in einem Zimmer übernachten. Sie waren lösungsorientiert, jedoch nicht ganz mit der IT vertraut."

"We received no instructions before we arrived. Since there was no person at the apartment or any kind of reception, we were stuck outside the building trying to look up a number to call someone. Once we got the information it was confusing and frustrating. The description on Hotels.com says there is an in room washer and dryer and there isn’t. There is a communal one down the hall. The check-out time on Hotels.com says 10:30am but the paper inside the apartment says 10:00am."
