Located on the 3rd floor (last one) of the brand-new building. It is the only apartment on the floor. It is a specious 90m2 (968 ft2) apartment with 30m2 (322 ft2) penthouse terrace. We offer a free garage space with elevator directly from the garage. You will enjoy all essentials amenities as well as free WiFi, YouTube and Nespresso coffee machine. Situated in totally safe area of Srednjaci (Knežija), just a 15 min by tram/taxi/uber from the central city square and 15 min walk from Jarun Lake.

We really enjoyed the apartment in Zagreb. The apartment was very spacious, clean and modern. It was within walking distance to bars, cafes and supermarkets and only a 20min tram ride into the city. The host was easy to contact and responded quickly to our small issue with the hot water which was resolved in no time.

Lovely apartment!
Just spent two weeks at this apartment in Zagreb. The apt is lovely and is just like the pictures. Several good restaurants close by and the tram station is a 5 minute walk to get to the Old Town. Very safe neighborhood. As a solo female traveler, I was never uncomfortable riding the tram or walking alone after dark at all. The apartment had everything I needed and Tomislav was very responsive with any questions. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Such a lovely place to Stay in Zagreb, has everything you need! The location is excellent everything is pretty close . The penthouse has a beautiful and really big patio , perfect for relaxing or having a drink outside. I will come back for sure !! I highly recommend this place! You are going to love it!!!
