This is about apartment 104, which does not have windows on the main street (101 and 102 do, don't know about others). Compact but nice apartment. Comfortable bed (although the duvet could be a bit wider). Silent air conditioning. Table and chairs suitable for remote working. Flawless Wi-Fi (even though not with the fastest Internet connection). Practically silent. You can hear the distant rumble of the tram, but it really doesn't disturb, and also stops at night. If you are really _very_ sensitive to light, be aware that the black curtains let some light in from the sides. Compact but well equipped kitchen, I only missed a breadboard. Good Spar supermarket nearby (the one in a passage). For Italians: there is no bidet. Maybe when Europeans will get more used to Japanese toilets, that will be the solution, but for the time being there just isn't enough space.

Very nice studio new. But noisy french neighbours on the right 1 night. In general the walls are a bit noisy. But good earplugs and nice bed make up for it!
