The hotel stay (1-night) was nice, the bed comfortable... But it turned exceptional thanks to the set breakfast - truly, this was the best ever breakfasts in my life! So tasty and prepared with so much care and creativity! Kudos to the chef! It made this stay memorable!

The location is great and the room was comfortable, bed was very comfortable after a long trip. Parking in the area is extremely difficult, Our water heater was not running when we checked in and had to wait for a warm shower, other than that everything was fine. We were fortunate to be on the first level, because there is no elevator.

Doma Zagreb was clean, quiet and was a wonderful room. Has little kitchenette. The owner was terrific with hospitality and communication. Walking distance to square and restaurants. A few stairs to get to room but doable. We enjoyed our stay.

The proprietor was kind, helpful, extremely helpful, actually, carried my bag for me, saw me coming in later with some shopping and followed behind to make sure it'd be easy for me to get the door open. He was flexible with a couple of my requests. It was most pleasant--simple, of course, but that's what I like when I travel before I start working with a group (I work in group travel). I will definitely stay here again. Bed was comfy, too, btw.

Good location but in need of some repair.

The apartment was about a 10 minute easy walk to the main square in Lower Town. The parking garage is also a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment. There is street parking in front but it is limited. The website states that there is limited onsite parking but this wasn’t offered to us. The apartment was quiet and the air conditioning worked well. The biggest problem was the shower. It leaked out from the base in several places all over the bathroom floor and ran into the hallway. The wooden hallway floor adjoining the bathroom tile floor was darkened and warped, possibly moldy. The edges of the bathroom floor were also dark and looked unclean.The shower handle on the inside of the sliding door was missing, so it was impossible to get out without help. This is not a luxury bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the fridge worked well.

We had a lovely stay at the doma apartments. They were comfortable, clean and pretty central to Zagreb central. Darina was lovely and met us on arrival nothing was too much trouble, she even sent us information about the buses to Velika Gorica were our daughter was dancing. Good for a nice stay in Zagreb

Super friendly staff. Cleaning every third day. However the kitchen/bathroom could use an upgrade. And the walls are a bit thin (my neighbors had two crying children and the tram was right out front of my window). I was traveling on business so my assessment is a bit biased. However, I would still 100% recommend it to people travelling on holiday in Zagreb for sure.

OK stay for 1-night but not a 4* hotel

I stayed at Doma Zagreb for 1-night. The apartment hotel is OK in every regards, however, considering it currently has a 9/10 rating on hotels.com and it is supposed to be a 4 star apartment hotel, it definitely did not meet expectations. Kitchen was small, bed uncomfortable, window blinds non-existent, bathroom smelly. Staff was friendly and check in/out convenient, but that’s about it on the good stuff. Would not stay again if I were in Zagreb as I believe I can get better value for money elsewhere.
