Superb experience! Tiago really took care of me!

Superb experience the staff (Tiago) really took care as I had a heavy suitcase & he carried it up for me & made sure I had a lower bunk w’ a lower locker to fit it easily inside. Tiago is so attentive & compassionate Thankyou Tiago ✨💖✨for giving me a perfect room with a quiet & peaceful ambiance. Loved yr suggestion to visit the huge PARK just nearby which was a soul fulfilling surprise. Truly could not have asked for a better place! Will repeat. I ONLY left because they were FULL the next day🙏

I truly enjoyed my stay. Please keep in mind there is a smoke lounge downstairs so the smell can reach in sometimes. But they were super accommodating in switching me and it didn't happen again. They were super pet friendly and I really think they do a thorough job of scrubbing down the rooms and kitchen between uses. I will be back!!!!!

Receptionist Nov1 - 11am, should

The receptionist at check-out (Nov1 11:00AM) was rude and disrespectful. She does not know how to deal and speak with guest in a proper manner. She should go on a seminar on how to deal with people, or be fired!

Inmitten einer Wohngegend ohne Außenbereich zum Sitzen. Nicht mal Kaffee morgens, Frühstück muß bezahlt werden obwohl im Buchungspreis enthalten. Nur für junge Weltenbummler zu empfehlen die ein Bett zum schlafen brauchen. Die Rezeption ist natürlich mit wechselnden Mitarbeitern besetzt, allerdings auch mit wechselnden Sprachkenntnissen. Nur Englisch oder Spanisch und mit Glück ein kleines bisschen Kroatisch.

Never again at a like this hostel no clean rudeness the stall not helpfull, everywhere everything around there was not even a bed sheet at the bed. And this was for them the most logical and physical even more there was just one small towel for 4 days.

Wont stay again

Only stayed one night since we were visiting different towns every day. Beds were hard, blankets are thin. We choose this hotel because they had a 24 hour check in and we were arriving late. We got charged tax for kids even thou the description says the kids are free, i even mentioned to the guy who checked us in. Also the sign says they offer buffet breakfast for a fee, there was no buffet. They had cereal, cheese and mean one choice of each, bread and jam and apples and oranges. Their coffee was awful. So dont waste money on breakfast, eat at the cafe which was right around the corner.

Having requested a room for 4 ( one child) they accommodated is in three beds. Location is 30 min walking from cathedral. Definitely not for families with young children.

なぜがわからないけどアプリで予約してたのより少し高い値段を請求されました。 ホステルはよかったです。大きい鍵付きのロッカーに、室内のシャワールーム。ソケットやヘッドライトはベッドにありません。 キッチンがあり、スーパーもホステルのすぐ近くにあったので自炊しました。
