"The staff was very nice and accommodating but a few need more English proficiency considering your worldwide international clientele. Our room was clean but could use a chest of drawers and more amenities (bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand cream and a rubber shower mat), breakfast was excellent, dinner just OK, and we felt safe in the hotel. Speaking of the bed — it was extremely uncomfortable, basically a rock-hard surface with a few thin pads pretending to be a mattress. The balcony door didn’t lock, which felt unsafe. There was no proper lighting above the bathroom sink, making it hard to use the mirror.
The breakfast was terrible, with very few options and poor quality.
We were so disappointed that we decided to leave early and check into another hotel. This place has a long way to go before it should be open to guests. Would not recommend."
