Good hotel

Good hotel with parking. Located close to the city centre. Friendly staff, clean linens, good breakfast. Missing toiletries (had my own shower gel). Bad pillow. I will book again.

Rozczarowanie.... Słabo wyciszone pokoje, słychać wszystko co dzieje się na korytarzu. Tv o wielkości laptopa wygląda na ścianie trochę śmiesznie. Śniadania ubogie i z produktów kiepskiej jakości. Dla lepszego efektu wizualnego pomnożone składniki na kilku talerzach. Po ocenach spodziewaliśmy się czegoś dużo lepszego.

Blisko centrum

Ładny, czysty hotel blisko Krupówek, ale mimo wszystko w bocznej znacznie cichej i spokojnej uliczce. Wspaniałe śniadania, ogromny wybór, wszystko smaczne. Pokój z pieknym widokiem na góry. Udany pobyt.

Great weekend on Zakopane

We rally enjoyed our stay in Bel-ami. Very good customer service,helpfull and polite girls on the reception. Good breakfast. Location just in the center of Zakopane. We could leave our car after check in the car park free of charge. Lovely view from balcony :)

Príjemný hotel

Hotel je na dobrom mieste, v pešej dostupnosti sú Krupówki a aj ďalšie zimné atrakcie a aquapark. Raňajky boli výborné a pestré. Izba aj kúpeľňa sú priestranné, voda v sprche je horúca a v tečie silným prúdom. Počas nášho pobytu - 2 noci - sa neupratovalo. Na prístupovej ceste k hotelu a nakoniec ani v celom Zakopanom nikto neodhadzuje sneh a aj na chodníkoch sme sa zabárali do snehu po kolená.
