"Chegamos neste hotel por volta das 18h, a senhora que estava trabalhando na cozinha veio nos receber, nos deu a chave do quarto e disse que o dono havia saído mas que já voltava. Instalamo-nos e o proprietário ao chegar, não se deu ao trabalho de ir ao quarto. Meu marido é quem foi chamá-lo para saber como funcionava o hotel. INGLÊS, mal se comunicam, o dono mal abre a boca para te dar bom dia, no restaurante o que se oferece no cardápio, não tem. Café da manhã, as pessoas retiram os alimentos...

"sentralt beliggende hotell. fint med restaurant i bygget. Ingen romservice, det var uventet. Trøbbel med vanntrykket og varmtvann i dusj, luft i vannrør ? Rommet ellers var ok og flott at det ikke var teppegulv. (var fint tregulv) . Hyggelig betjening, men kunne ikke engelsk, bare polsk. "

"C'était incroyable autant le lieu, la chambre que les personnes qui s'en occupent. Nous devions prendre un train, nous avons eu quelques difficultés pour se rendre à la gare et la dame nous a gentiment emmenée. Des personnes très chaleureuses et bienveillantes. Je recommande à 100%"

"Amazing and super quiet location with amazing views! The birds in the morning with the mountain view was spectacular! Hosts were so awesome as well. They offered to use the room a couple more hours to store my luggage as the luggage storage I had Pre-booked was closed! I stayed in May during off-season. 10 minute walk to the funicular or krupówki street. Would def stay here again. 100% book this place. "

"The only positives are perhaps relative low price for area, shops and restaurant nearby and heating was ok (it was -10 outside). Kind owners and probably lacking hands too (or motivation). Otherwise expect razor thin walls, cardboard doors with zero insulation, cheap everything, beg for toilet paper every day (in polish, no english), too little parking for the amount of guests.
