We had such a great stay at Christina Apartment! The place was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect – close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, but still quiet at night so you can really relax. Loved having a balcony to enjoy the evenings, and overall the apartment just had a really nice vibe. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Zakynthos – we’d happily stay here again!

We had an amazing experience in this hotell. When we needed advice or help with anything the receptionist Pedros was amazing. The rooms were fresh and cleaned everyday by the amazing worker Athena. They really made the stay a 10 out of 10 experience.

Hardworking cleaners let down by terrible facilities and unwelcoming staff. The cleaning staff (of the bedrooms) are the only reason this place gets two stars—they worked hard, but sadly, that is where the positives end. We were told luggage storage and shower facilities were available for late departures. In reality, "luggage storage" simply meant leaving our bags unattended by the pool. Worse still, the area is left completely unattended after 4:00 PM, meaning we had to rush back early just to make sure our belongings were safe. The promised shower facilities turned out to be nothing more than grubby poolside toilets. Customer service was virtually nonexistent. The staff showed zero interest in guests, a complaint echoed by several other holidaymakers we spoke to during our stay. The atmosphere was completely flat—the place is heavily used as budget crew lodging for airline staff, and for most of the week there was only one person by the pool. There was no pool bar service, no food, and no drinks available on site. Add in uncomfortable beds, and by the end of the holiday we genuinely couldn't wait to get on the plane home. We certainly won't be returning to Christina Apartments next year.
