Karras Livin was perfect for what we needed. Room size was fine and location was great. Pool was occasionally a little dirty so we used the pool at the hotel sometimes. Staff friendly. Cleaner always came when we were sleeping so room was only cleaned once during two weeks. Would have liked some fresh towels/bin bags/toilet rolls left outside room as we had to fend for ourselves with these items Great stay overall and would return.

Fair facilities but had to get AC and drain servic

This property has fair facilities and a generally central location near the main road of Laganas, Zakynthos. However, the Karras Livin block is located about 200m from the main Karras Hotel requiring a walk along a trafficked road. In addition, upon our arrival, the A/C did not work properly as it did not respond to the A/C remote so we spent a night under very cold (16C) A/C air until it was repaired the next day. The next day we also discovered our shower drain did not drain properly so had to ask to have that unblocked. These are basic maintenance areas that can and should be checked prior to guests' arrival. Although the hotel staff promptly addressed these issues within a day of raising them we had to bear these issues for the night and day, respectively, when they were first discovered and raised by us.

Beds were super comfy ,good a/c but the cleaning needs doing mirrors tiles ect staff were amazing, disappointed by the pool which is working but was out of bounds and needs a good clean ,thr pool.at the main hotel was perfect but it would have been nice to use the one at our apartments in the other block

Do not book if you want a nice stay

This hotel is really bad. - AC did not work - the bed sofa was broken - out last night the water ended and they did not repair that until the day after. This means that we could not shower, go on the toilet or take care of the dishes during the evening, night and morning - they did not clean every day until we told them to (according to the booking they should clean every day) - tv remote did not have any battery - it’s a hotels close to the beach and not even a small dust pan or something to remove the sand. It was sand everywhere… - only one chair at the balcony (we were three in the booking) - no information that we needed to pack dish brush or detergent - the pool area was dirty - it’s party in every room until 5,6,7 in the morning

Great apartments!

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at Karras Livin and had a fabulous time. The apartment had everything we could need during our stay, was very clean and due to covid, we could choose if and when we wanted the maids to clean our room during our stay. We were worried about going on holiday during the covid pandemic but were so impressed with Karras and how they ensured everyone's safety. Sunbeds were well spaced out and hand sanitiser in communal areas. Pool areas were quiet and we could go to either the apartment pool or hotel pool at any time of the day and there were plenty of sunbeds free. Thank you Karras staff for a wonderful stay.

Der er ikke oplyst, at der bor mange unge fest teenagerer på steder. Poolen bliver brugt til festerne om aftenen og den bliver ikke rengjort eller ryddet. Receptionisten på hotel Karras virker ligeglad og på ingen måde service orienteret eller informativ. Negativ oplevelse. Selve værelset med the-køkken var meget minimalistisk. Der var ikke skærebræt. Ikke knive til at skære vabdmelon ud f eks. Ikke muligt at stege. Der var en meget stor gryde og en meget lille gryde. Der løber vand ned af stof ledningen fra den ene loftslampe.
