Excellent hotel with great service. We had a room with a private pool. It was great. The breakfast was also very generous. Tsivili is however a very touristic area. You miss the Greek authenticity…

I felt so safe here and after a long flight the room was quiet and dark for a good night sleep. The only issue is finding exchange for American $ and the tax fee needs to be paid in cash. The hotel was extremely accomodating with helping me. I ate Dinner here and the complimentary breakfast in AM was incredible!

The wifi never worked properly in our 4 night stay. There were a few water outages during our stay and the staff never communicated clearly about them. We also reported a leak in the ceiling but never heard about a resolution or fix. The location is very convenient and all other amenities worked as expected (including the A/C which was a must during the heatwave). It's a short 10 minutes walk to the beach, and many restaurants.

This hotel had the cleanest bathrooms; not just in the room but all over the resort. The staff was beyond helpful & very professional. Free breakfast had endless choices from eggs, to pastries. Convenient walking distance to shopping & tour pick up stops. We loved the private pool outside our patio. Housekeeping was always friendly & gave us towels for the pools any time we needed them. Free & safe parking for our car. Very fun Breeze Bar with games for the kids & pool tables for us. Top hotel in Tsilivi.

Loved the swim up pool but left a bit disappointed with no hot water 3 days running and 1 day no water at all. Otherwise it would have achieved 5 star rating from me.

We hadden fijne dagen in Lazaros Hotel Resort.

Amazing apartments. Super friendly staff who were so accommodating. Great location, not too busy and central but loads of nice places to eat and drink nearby. Easy walk to the beach. The rooms were so clean and refreshed every day, we even had origami towels on a daily basis. If you want a chilled stay in Zante away from the crowds but still walkable everywhere then this is the place to go.

Esperienza positiva!

Parcheggio interno. In complesso ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo rispetto alla media dell'isola.

Holiday 2017

The lazaros apartments are in an ideal location close to everything needed for a holiday. Hotel facilities and staff were excellent in particular the bar / resteraunt stall, especially Bushy the barman. The apartment was spotlessly clean with service everyday.
