Betten ungemütlich und trotz Mosquitonetz waren Mosquitos im Zimmer. Sonst sehr gemütlicher Balkon. Supermarkt und Strand gleich um die Ecke. Restaurants in der Nähe nicht so gut aber dafür hatten wir eine eigene Küche.

Les studios étaient bien mais nous avons eut un grand lit avec un drap d'une personne ,dans notre studio nous n'avions pas de cafetière, heureusement qu'il y en avait un dans le studio d'a coté que nous avons aussi loué, ce qui était désagréable c'est ces odeurs d'égout dans la salle de bain. Le dernier jour nous nous sommes aperçu que la femme de ménage nous a jeté notre café que nous avions préparé la veille, il a fallu en refaire !!!

Wir würden immer wieder dort hin. Super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Besitzer hat außerdem eine Taverne in der man von Frühstück bis Abend essen alles bekommt. Man kann kleine und große Boote bei ihm zu einem günstigeren Preis Mieten. Gegenüber befindet sich ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker. Die Straße ein paar Meter runter befindet man sich direkt am Strand bzw direkt an der Promenade.

Gemütliches Appartement in Strandnähe

Sehr geräumig, alles notwendige vorhanden, nur leider kein free Wifi vorhanden trotz Nachfrage! Sehr freundliche Vermieter, immer gut zu erreichen. Leider nicht beschildert, daher nicht so leicht auffindbar. Durch fragen in einer Taverne haben wir es dann gefunden. Supermarkt und Bäckerei direkt nebenan. Tavernen ca. 3-5 min Fußweg entfernt sowie das Meer und der Strand (Kies). Ich würde wieder hin gehen, weil ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt habe und der Ort vom Tourismus her nicht überlaufen war.

O lugar não é muito limpo, tem varios bichos

O apartamento não era limpo. Fui picada por varios bichos, entre eles uma aranha, que deixou meu braço completamente deformado por alguns dias. O pessoal que atende e de boa mas você tem que pegar a chave em outro lugar e se precisa falar com eles tambem precisa ir pra esse lugar . Não é fácil.

Καλό value for money

Σε γενικές γραμμές μείναμε αρκετά ευχαριστημένοι και θα το ξαναεπιλέγαμε. Θετικά: a) χαμηλή τιμή σε hot περίοδο (Αύγουστος) συγκριτικά με άλλα καταλύματα b) πάρα πολύ κοντά στην παραλία, εστιατόρια, καφετέρειες, λίμνη Κεριού, πηγή Ηροδότου c) ήσυχη περιοχή d) καλή υποδοχή, φιλοξενία, αντιμετώπιση από τους υπεύθυνους και τους ντόπιους e) καθαριότητα δωματίου κάθε μέρα (αν και αυτό συνεβαινε ακόμα και με σχεδόν άδεια σκουπιδοσακούλα με αποτέλεσμα υπερκατανάλωση πλαστικού) και ανά 2 μέρες αλλαγή πετσετών f) δροσερό δωμάτιο όπου ο ήλιος χτυπούσε το μπαλκόνι μόνο αρκετά αργά το απόγευμα (γύρω στις 6-7 η ώρα), έτσι μπορούσαμε να παίρνουμε το πρωινό μας ευχάριστα στο μπαλκόνι g) ύπαρξη ανεμιστήρα και όλων των χρήσιμων εργαλείων στην κουζίνα h) πολύ ωραία θέα Αρνητικά: a) Λίγα δρομολόγια ΚΤΕΛ (3 τη μέρα) προς Λίμνη Κεριού b) η χρήση air-condition χρεώνεται c) μάλλον δεν υπήρχε wi-fi δίκτυο (με βάση τα ονόματα των δικτύων που ήταν ανιχνεύσιμα) αν και δεν το ζητήσαμε d) το κάτω μέρος του ξύλου που στηρίζει τις τάβλες του διπλού κρεβατιού ήταν ελαφρώς σπασμένο, με αποτέλεσμα να πρέπει να προσέχω σε ποιο σημείο του κρεβατιού θα καθίσω για να μην πέσουν οι 1-2 τάβλες της ευάλωτης περιοχής) Συνοψίζοντας, ήταν μια καλή επιλογή με το μόνο ουσιαστικό μειονέκτημα να είναι η χρέωση (εφόσο χρησιμοποιηθεί) του air-condition, αν και εμείς δεν είχαμε ανάγκη να το χρησιμοποιήσουμε

Good!

Very nice hotel, clean, good location and parking! A bit confuse to check in as you have to go to Nikolas Taverna first to get the key, but it was not explained in any moment and there was nobody in the hotel to welcome the guests. We had to ask at restaurants around if anyone knew the owner, because the phone number provided was not answering. This point needs to be improved. After finding the owner and checking in, everything was good and the price was fair.

Alloggio piu' che dignitoso a pochi passi dal mare

Esperienza positiva rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo ampia camera da letto con cucinino e bagno separati da una porta scorrevole, aria condizionata. Per chi non ha pretese da hotel 5 stelle ottima sistemazione a circa 200 metri da una spiaggetta di sassolini bellissima. Responsabile simpaticissima e gentile ci ha fatto sentire come a casa.

Απλά μέτριο. Και αυτό γιατί παράδειγμα η πόρτα του μπάνιου χαλασμένη, δεν έκλεινε καθόλου. Επίσης ενώ στις παροχές γράφει ότι έχει WiFi αυτό δεν υπάρχει. Ενώ είχα επιλέξει δωμάτιο μη καπνιστών αυτό μύριζε τσιγαρίλας!
