Matina’s House is a two-storey, modern holiday accommodation of… sq.m in Ampelokipoi, Zakynthos and can accommodate 6 people with a capacity of 2 extra people.

This house harmoniously combines modern design with traditional elements and is an ideal choice for families or friends who are interested in the warm hospitality of a summer house in the Zakynthian countryside. The house is equipped with all modern amenities, located in a fenced, private area with its own enclosed parking, entrance and lovely, lush garden with barbecue that guarantees unique, quiet summer holidays.The first floor features a spacious, bright open-plan living room with a modern dining area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. From the lounge there is access to the large, shaded terrace where you can enjoy any of your meals as well as the beauty of the garden. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor which consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds and a modern, large bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning and their own balcony overlooking the green surroundings. The master bedroom has a heated jacuzzi with sun loungers, enjoying special moments in your own private space. The second bedroom also has a spacious balcony with sun loungers to soak up the warm summer sun.

A great advantage of the house is its location as it is built in a quiet area, but at the same time very close to Laganas which is the most popular tourist resort on the island with countless options in restaurants, bars, cafes and tourist shops. From there you can rent a boat or choose one of the organized tours and visit Marathonisi (Turtle island) and spot the caretta-caretta turtles. Laganas is also offered for those interested in water sports with many options available.The city of Zakynthos is also very close just 3 km as well as the airport of Zakynthos at a distance of 1,5km. Just 800 m from the house there is a supermarket of a well-known chain and many options for quick snacks and coffee that can pleasantly prepare the start of your day.
