Once in a life time

The hotel itself is compact u really don't have to go to any beach u have everything here pool,tennis courts ,playground for the children but if u do venture out there is some breathtaking beaches and views,great cafés and restrauants not only do u get a warm welcome but u are really central to basically everything on the island one thing is certain when not if when I come back to Lefkada I know where my family and I will be staying

Bella e (s)comoda struttura per famiglia

Posizione: meravigliosa e Spettacolare. Struttura esterna: bellissima. Camera: bagni stile italiano anni 60-70 (pazzesco poi per una suite!): l'acqua finisce nel pozzetto, pavimento naturalmente allagato, reflui nauseabondi senza i necessari accorgimenti. Personale: gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Miniclub: ragazzi eccezionali nonostante il numero risicato degli animatori e uno spazio dedicato inesistente; si dedicavano anche all'animazione per i più grandi e alla gestione dei giochi all'aperto; incredibile! Parco interno per bambini: bellissimo ma impraticabile d'estate (troppo caldo). Parco esterno per bambini 0-12: bellissimo e comodissimo. Servizi assenti per ragazzi 13-18. Ristorante: non si mangia italiano quindi se non sia apprezza il cibo greco e internazionale non ci si può lamentare (il cibo era squisito). Bevande: imbevibili. Una struttura a 4 stelle che non somministra bibite in bottiglia non mi è mai capitato in tanti viaggi. Viene somministrata acqua trasportata tramite camion con cisterne e le altre bevande (birra, coca, succhi) sono miscelate con questa orrida acqua.

Struttura e servizi assolutamente deludenti

Unica nota positiva il mare, anche se, per raggiungere la spiaggia, c'è una bella scalinata ed i lettini sono tutti occupati da teli, per cui trovare un posto è una vera scommessa. La struttura è gestita malissimo ed il personale è assolutamente inefficiente oltre che poco educato. Per ottenere anche solo un semplice phone in camera abbiamo atteso una settimana e, dopo molteplici solleciti, ci siamo rivolti alla direzione. Il cibo è assolutamente pessimo e persino le bevande hanno uno strano sapore (l'acqua sa di cloro!). In effetti un all inclusive del quale abbiamo preferito non godere, comprando bottiglie d'acqua e mangiando spesso fuori. Quella che dalle foto sembrerebbe una bellissima piscina è solo una fontana mentre una piccola area è utilizzabile per fare il bagno ed anche lì i lettini sono sempre tutti occupati da teli, senza controllo. Nulla da dire sull'isola che con le sue spiagge e l'acqua cristallina ha salvato la vacanza. Comunque non tornerei e non consiglierei mai questo posto.

Задумка отличная - всё для детей и взрослых. Большая территория с фонтанами, детская площадка, батутный центр, пляж...Только всё немного разваливается - кризис в стране... :-( Анимация сейчас хорошая - целые мюзиклы с привлечением детей, костюмы, настоящее шоу... Скучно не было. Ресторан - красота... Еда разнообразная, но детского стола нет. Пляжные полотенца выдают. Лежаки-зонтики платно, но после 16.00 спокойно занимайте, никто не подойдёт за оплатой... Море - отличное, чистое, спокойное. Пологий долгий вход (мелководье метров 50) - нет давки, даже если много народу приехало. Если стоишь на одном месте - подплывают рыбы и начинают делать педикюр. Смешно.)) С маской плавать детям-подросткам одно удовольствие. Так же горки и паровозик у бассейна - отличное развлечение детям. Не хотели уезжать. Отличный остров. Желаем Греции скорейшего выхода из кризиса, чтобы хорошая задумка стала действительно раем для туристов на все 100.

Complesso alberghiero molto bello

Sicuramente tra i più belli e noti di Zante adatto a famiglie con bimbi piccoli ed a una clientela piuttosto statica. In hotel si può trovare tutto la qualità del cibo è eccellente anche se ripetitivo il menù. Per spostarsi in estate si è costretti a ricorrere ai taxi tra l'altro abbastanza costosi: una corsa fino a Zante costa €20 in alta stagione per soli 14km di una strada tutta curve poco illuminata di notte quindi attenzione ai noleggi! Se si va in periodi meno caldi si può usufruire della linea di autobus locale. Se si cerca il relax l'albergo ha tutto dalle piscine ad una bella spiaggia sottostante. Ci sono anche camere con piscina privata.

Καθολου καλο''All Inclusive''!!!

Ανοστα ολα τα φαγητα , τα αναψυκτικα απο post mix αγνωστη μαρκα με γευση ''φαρμακου'' , η μπυρα μονο βαρελισια ''κιτρινη σαπουναδα'' ολα τ'αλλα τα πληρωνες .Οκαφες μονο φιλτρου φτιαγμενος με το ντοπιο νερο που δεν πινετε . Το ''All Inclusive'' σταματαγε στις εντεκα το βραδυ οι πισινες κλειναν στις επτα το απογευμα και η απασχοληση για τα παιδια μονο στα Ρωσικα !!!! Το μονο θετικο ηταν το προσωπικο το οποιο ηταν εξαιρετικο !!!!!!!

uno scandalo ed adatto solo ai russi

la struttura in sè non è male e di sicuro con una gestione diversa magari affidata nelle mani di italiani avrei potuto scrivere una recensione diversa... un comprensorio molto grande costituito da tre hotel adatto solo per stranieri.. l'arredamento delle stanze è retrò, la pulizia non sanno neanche cosa sia, la cortesia non ne parliamo proprio e poi, è scandaloso che nessuno lì dentro sappia parlare un pò di italiano! La puzza di cibo che regna sovrana appena tiri la testa fuori dalla stanza è insopportabile!Il costo è eccessivo per ciò che offrono anzi definirei da denuncia...sconsigliatissimo non andateci:lì a zante con pochi euro a notte si trovano soluzioni nettamente superiori.

Hotel très sympa mais nécessitant une rénovation

Cet hotel de catégorie 4* Grec correspond plutot à un 3* Suisse d'un point de vue equipement/mobilier des chambres: par exemple, une télé de taille rikiki avec un écran cathodique vieux de 10 ans. Par contre, le personnel à la réception, au restaurant et bars de l'hotel est très très sympa et font tout pour vous satisfaire. Préférez l'hotel "Imperial", de même catégorie (4* Grec) et faisant partie du même complexe mais qui se trouve pile en bord de mer. Le Miro Palazzo est quant à lui + éloigné de la belle plage se sable.

Great for people who like remote locations

In remote location. Due to location, not many guests and facilities/entertainment not operating due to low guest numbers. Definitley need car hire as local buses do not operate regaularly unitil July. Would not recommend staying in the resort.

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν μία χαρά,όπως θα πρέπει να επισημανθεί ότι έχει μια πολύ όμορφη παραλία το ξενοδοχείο με πολύ καλές εγκαταστάσεις καθώς και το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε κάθε περίπτωση.Μία πολύ καλή επιλογή ξενοδοχείου για όσους θέλουν να περάσουν λίγες μέρες χαλάρωσης.
