Located behind a cypress hill, the Villa guarantees full privacy for a relaxing holiday experience! Just 5 to 10 minutes distance from the Airport, Zakynthos town and Kalamaki Beach. The stunning nature, the proximity to Zakynthos town and the sandy beaches, in combination with the ambience, make Casa Kalitero the ideal place for a romantic and unforgettable stay. This Villa is built for absolute privacy in mind. The building's stone element fits perfectly with the natural surroundings. The house measures 42m² and can comfortably accommodate 2 guests. Through the glass window above the bed you have the possibility to count the stars before sleeping. Maybe you are lucky enought to see a shooting star. The window can be darkened electrically. The Villa combines minimalist and modern design with clean, elegant lines. These elements are adapted to the interior design. The Villa features its own private 7m x 2.5m swimming pool. The outside area measures 80m² and includes a dining table and lounge area which guarantees a lot of relaxing time! The Villa is equipped with a queensize bed, a big kitchen with an esspresso machine, air-conditioning as well as a bathroom with a rain shower. The Villa's wide windows guarantee a relaxing view of the olive groves and the mountains.
