"Check in is a nightmare. 3 flights of stairs , no elevator. Didn’t receive code to check in till 7pm night of check in. Check in times are 12 noon to 2 pm, 630pm to 9pm. Ended up booking hotel across Plaza. Hotels. com should highlight absurd check in and no elevator. "

"The location was great, the room was clean, but the WC was the tiniest we have ever experienced on our travels all around the world. The kitchen did not work so we could not manage to prepare a basic breakfast. So the room price was, mildly put, far too high."

"My stay was terrible. The landlord/receptionist did not even have a desk so we had to wait outside before we could enter the so-called hotel, which turned out to be a very small apartment with tiny rooms. The racism that we faced yesterday night (my cousins and I) was immense. We did not feel safe at all in the apartment.
