Staff was friendly. Very nice bar/lounge area. Made for a great place to have a cocktail after, a long afternoon out sightseeing or a nightcap. For a one night stay, it was absolutely perfect. During an eight night trip throughout the Netherlands and Belgium, the room here was the nicest that we encountered. Very large room with a lot of nice amenities. "

"Modern, beautiful, spacious room with all the amenities. The downside is that it gets very warm in the beds. The room door slams shut which is exceptionally disturbing. The ladder for the upper bunk makes a lot of noise which is disturbing. "
