"The property has a great all inclusive breakfast and also love the fact that they have an outdoor pool since the neighboring hotel doesn't. I've stayed here in the past when visiting family near by and haven't been disappointed. Also I want to thank the two front desk employees Michelle and Tyrese, for understanding my situation and being super accommodating to my needs. You guys rock!!! "Clean rooms and courteous staff."

"Although the staff was helpful, the establishment was not what was pictured. The toilet in the bathroom didn't work. The pool, which is the main reason we booked this hotel, was not working. Neither was the hot tub. When asked if we could use the amenities, we were denied. I couldn't wait to leave. This was to be a fun filled weekend for my children at Busch Gardens."

"Everything was great about this hotel, clean, friendly staff, affordable. however my only (very minor) complaint is there is only 1 Microwave in the hotel and there are no coffee machines during the day."

"Excellent service and a great, organized breakfast! Perfect location for our family weekend trip to Water Country USA. The only downside was the noise late at night from guests slamming hallway doors. If you don't mind a bit of noise, this hotel is absolutely perfect."
