"The “Honeymoon Suite” with 1 king bed had a ton of space and a large outdoor terrace (it was on the second floor). The restaurant was good for both dinner and the included breakfast. It is on a busy road but feels secluded with the gate and large property."

"The property is just a 2 minute drive from La fortuna its in an excellent location that offers both peace and quiet as well as access to great restaurants and activities. The on site amenities are excellent including the restaurant. The hotel staff is attentive, helpful and very responsive. Id recommend Casa Del Rio to any couple of family in La Fortuna! "The rooms are large and beautiful with an amazing view of the volcano. The lush garden and the nice pool make it perfect to relax after a day full of fun activities at La Fortuna. The bathroom and shower are luxurious. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast just a 2 minute walk to the neighbouring hotel is decent, enough to fill you up for the morning, and you can bird watch as you eat, as you are surrounded by nature. There is also a nice restaurant (soda) just around the corner. We loved our stay there. "

"Staff was friendly, cute small hotel away from the City, the no ac part caught me by surprised but wasn't all to bad, at night gets a little cold and early morning as well, restaurant waiter Alex was the MAN! HE SAFED OUR VACATION AND SERVE US FIRE FOOD FROM THE HOTEL, WILL DEF STAY AGAIN IF POSSIBLE"
