"We absolutely loved having dinner in. The staff was amazing and the food was delicious. We had traveled all day by train and although we would have loved to venture out on our only night in Zagreb, we decided to order room service and it was exactly what we needed."

"Excellent stay at the Sheraton Zagreb. The rooms are clean, modern and very comfortable, with a great breakfast selection. The spa and pool area are also excellent and a great place to relax. A special mention to Matteo at reception, who was fantastic ..very friendly, professional and helpful throughout our stay. The only small suggestion would be to provide drinking water in the sauna/spa area, which would be a welcome addition. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay again!"

"The staff were soo friendly and helpful. My TV stopped working one evening and they fixed this really quickly, the staff were super approachable :) the breakfast was absolutely amazing, really delicious and a big variety of food available. There was no coffee machine/ kettle in the room but there was a hot drinks machine in the breakfast room. The shower was great, bed was comfy and room was spacious. Aircon worked really well too! Would recommend this property if coming to Zagreb, the location is great and I would definitely stay here again if I return :)"
