"Amazing stay - hotel super well Located a short walk from the main port/boardwalk. Gorgeous little beach for swimming right out front with free sun beds just up from the beach included at the hotel. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff who welcomed us with champagne and attended to our every request with a smile. Breakfast included both continental and a la carte within the room rate - which was also excellent. We stayed for our honeymoon and would certainly stay again! "

"Intially we had trouble accessing the internet. The manager quickly took care of the problem by providing a new modem which solved our problem. All the staff seemed genuinely kind and attentive and I would not hesitate to encourage anyone to stay here. Restaurant served excellent food round the clock. A seaside walk into the village convinced me that being on the edge of town was most desirable as the music gets to be quite a nuisance just 1 or 2 bays over. Also a small grocery store nearby was very convenient. A shuttle would be an appreciated service but all in all we very much enjoyed our stay. "

"Lovely property, just far enough away from the busy centre of hvar as to not be disturbed. Host was friendly One criticism the towels were very uncomfortable after a shower, but that’s probably down to being a little sunburnt "

"The hotel was perfect for our stay in Hvar. It has a very nice pool to lounge for some time but the best part is that the beach is right below and the water is beautiful. The walk to the Old Town is about 10 minutes through a gorgeous promenade. The hotel picked up our bags from the ferry port so no need to carry them. The breakfast was very varied and generous. If I go back to Hvar I would not doubt staying here again. "

"We had a wonderful stay at hotel Fortuna in May. Great family owned hotel, nice property. Our room was large and comfortable with a nice patio overlooking the water. A little far from town, but hotel was always ready to drive us and pick up when needed. Lovely family owned hotel!!"

The food and drinks were some of the best we had in hvar. We found ourselves not wanting to leave so we could spend more time with Nikola and Sara who worked bar and restaurant. Two of the best we have ever experienced! We will be back!"
