From the shuttle driver to the amazing receptionist to the great employee in the gift shop…all smiles and extremely helpful..great experience! "

"Perfect for a late arrival into San Jose before heading out for the week. Our flight arrived 11:30pm and the shuttle picked us up within 5 minutes, another 5 minute drive and check I. Was quick and easy being in bed by 12am. Most of the car rental agencies are in the same parking lot and after a decent breakfast I picked up the car and on the road by 9:15 am. "

"Great staff, clean but traffic around the area, being right next to the airport is terrible. I guess it comes with the territory. So if you are getting shuttled to and from the airport this hotel is great. But if you are driving, be sure to be comfortable with Costa Rican driving. "

"We had spent almost two weeks in low budget accomodations and booked this for our last night because we wanted a little luxury. I'm so glad we did because it delivered. With a game area for my kids, free laundry facility, pool, bar, and amazing breakfast. We were very pleased and it had a convenient location to the airport to boot. If we ever travel to Costa Rica again, we will stay here for sure."
