Chose this hotel for an overnight stay whilst travelling through Spain. Everything was good , easy to find , easy to park . We ate in the hotel’s restaurant and it was very good and reasonably priced.

The lobby and room were very nice. The air conditioning worked well, which we were grateful for. It is pretty far out from the center of the city, but there is a bus stop fairly close (the bus requires coins). Reception was helpful and quick to answer our questions. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely rooms with good facilities & a lovely hotel. Check in seemed unnecessarily slow & complex. Limited choice on restaurant menu. Unwelcoming ,unfriendly ,unhelpful waiting staff in restaurant. I told them 3 times i had booked a table,but they wanted me to move from the table i was shown to. Will never eat in the restaurant again.

The Hotel is quite far away of Zaragossa City Center. The Continental Breakfast buffet has many offerings. Underground parking is available. and save. Made a reservation of 2 rooms. Both were clean and air conditioned. The mini bar is quite costly (6 cold drinks and potatoe chips costing 39,00 Euros ). The clue is that you don‘t find any Flyer and price information of these items in your room, believing it‘s included in your room rate. Big surprise Hotel personnel is very friendly and guest oriented

This time Hotel full with big group; 50 people doing check-in all together disturbing other guests. Same on lift and breakfast.. They should deal with groups separately from normal guests
