Great staff, great location

Very nice stay. Hotel staff was very helpful with calling the taxi and mapping out the town for us. We would stay again next time we are in Zaragoza. Hotel is perfectly situated near the old town/historic district and walking distance to the Roman ruins and the basilica. Very quiet in the room at night.

The property and staff were wonderful. I had a little trouble getting there as my GPS took me to the front door but going the wrong way down the street. The parking lot was also a little bit of a problem but that had nothing to do with the hotel. The hotel was great and the location was wonderful. Thanks for a nice stay!

The hotel is an old building and rooms are simple. Rooms are cleaned everyday which is nice. The hallway and rooms may need an upgrade on the flooring like the carpets . Since the rooms and hallways are cleaned everyday we have no issues. The staff are wonderful especially Mr. Miguel and the rest of the day and night shifts. They are very helpful.

Very centrally located, within easy walkable distance to the main attractions. Hotel ambience warm and welcoming. In room facilities actually limited but adequate, no kettle. No car parking discount offered contrary to what has been advertised. Public 24hr car park within walking distance to the hotel, around 5 mins and 23€. But the road to the car park is different to the hotel due to the one way system, it may not be straight forward for some.

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The carpet had not been vacuumed or cleaned in who knows how long. There were dirt stains everywhere and the edges were covered in settled dust that you could scrape up with your shoe sole. Tbe location was great. But that was the only good thing about it.
