Overall, we had a very comfortable stay in a fantastic location. There was a little difficulty at check-in due to the language barrier, which made the beginning slightly stressful. Our family of five stayed on the third floor. The staircase is very narrow and steep, so carrying luggage upstairs was difficult. Having only one key for five people was also very inconvenient. Apart from this, the apartment was lovely, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, with a large fridge and plenty of storage. The only issue was that the extractor hood was not working. The location is excellent. Restaurants, cafés and shops are just a few steps away. Most importantly for us, the Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar is only about a 5-minute walk away, which was perfect for our pilgrimage. TIP FOR DRIVERS: Park at Parking Plaza España / Puerta Cinegia. Vehicle entrance: C. del Coso, 45, Zaragoza. It is very close to the apartment. I recommend driving directly there instead of trying to access the apartment by car. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. ❤️

Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia no fue buena. Fue difícil encontrar el departamento porque las indicaciones no eran claras. Al llegar, nos comunicamos con el encargado por medio del interfón del edificio. A pesar de que estuvo en contacto con nosotros y tenía la posibilidad de abrirnos la puerta, no lo hizo de inmediato ni nos dio instrucciones claras sobre cómo obtener las llaves. Como resultado, tuvimos que esperar aproximadamente una hora en la calle con nuestras maletas y, lo más importante, con mis hijos. Además, el aire acondicionado no funcionó durante nuestra estancia, lo que hizo la experiencia aún más incómoda. Considero que una mejor comunicación y un mejor mantenimiento del alojamiento habrían hecho una gran diferencia.

Beau logement mais suffisant pour une nuit car il se trouve dans un quartier un peu trop animé jusqu'au matin il y avait de la musique, des cris. Se garer est également pas facile uniquement dans les sous terrain aux alentours donc faire 7-8 minutes de marche avec les valises.C’est bien pour une étape mais pas pour des vacances
