Great location for the sights of the Old Town

Hotel in a great location in centre of the Old Town. Very friendly and helpful staff and great breakfast. Hotel could probably do with a refurb as a bit tired but wouldn't want it to lose its Spanish charm.

The property was great, and breakfast was lovely. I only stayed one night, but I was able to walk to several shopping and dining areas during my stay. The only complaint is that the room I had clearly had previous water damage, and the floor in front of the bathroom was soft, but it was otherwise perfect for a one night stay. The automatic blinds that opened up to the balcony and plaza was the best part.

The hotel is in a perfect location. Walking distance to the Plaza, river, shopping, dining. The guy at the front desk was super nice and very accommodating. Hotel was clean, rooms were perfect for what we needed.

Must see city

Location couldn't be beat for attending the Festival of Virgin de Pilar. Looking out the window and observing the crowds and processions was priceless.

Terrific location!! Beautiful lobby. Room was kinda bare, modern - as things go nowadays. Plenty of outlets! Didn’t realize our double beds actually equal 2 singles. As happens often during this trip in Spain, if front desk person is a woman, they’re very helpful, chipper and clear (make sure I understand) when men tend to be helpful but more buttoned up, less clear.

Good location. But the rooms are outdated and needs some repair. The cleaning was below standard unfortunately. Is ok for short stays… if no other viable option, would stay again.

The hotel is a bit dated but clean enough. The location could not be better. My room was a small single room and no view, but there’s so much and do to see close by you wouldn’t want to spend much time in the hotel. It had a restaurant tagged on one side and a cafe bar tagged on the other. Would stay again for the price great value.

No le doy más puntuación porque el hotel necesita una reforma y un limpieza profunda. Está aceptable y lo mejor que tiene, sin duda, es su ubicación. El bar se ve bien, pero el resto de instalaciones, no tanto. No se esmerar mucho en su limpieza, el sumidero del suelo del baño está tan sucio que está tapado, el mobiliario muy anticuado y en mal estado y sería un detalle no dejar el papel higienico casi gastado, da muy mala impresión encontrase lo que otros han dejado. Cuidando ciertos detalles, podrían ganar mucho, pues su ubicación es de las mejores.
