Bonjour nous avons réservé 2 nuits dans cette hôtel. L'hôtel était insalubre après nous avoir changer de chambre 3 fois car les femme de ménage n'était pas passer dans les précédente ( serviette des ancienne occupant qui sécher dehors, poubelle plaine, produit utilisé dans la salle de bain, sole très sale...) on nous a trouver une chambre qui n'était pas beaucoup mieux. Vous constaterez sur les photo. Le lendemain nous avons voulu profiter de la piscine qui était très sale l'eau trouble tous les parois glissante. Et après un repas au selfe nous avons tous les deux était malade. Ma femme étant enceinte une intoxication alimentaire pour elle peut être très grave. Nous avons décider de quitter l'hôtel. Et aucun remboursement n'a était proposer. Car nous somme passé par un site internet. Ne faites pas confiance à expédia pour leur description d'hôtel, car c'était tout à fait mensonger. La soi-disant baignoire à jet était inutilisable car tous les conduits étaient rouillé. Les matelas des chambres sont moisies, et j'en passe énormément. Ne faites pas la même erreur que nous et ne réservez pas dans cet hôtel. Nous avons fait une réclamation auprès d'expédia pour être remboursé au moins de la deuxième nuit et elle a été refusée. Donc si vous voulez réserver dans un hôtel, passez par l'hôtel directement, mais pas par expédia.

Nous l'avions choisit car proche de notre famille et pas cher. je savais qu'il était vieillot et pas toujours droit mais j'ai quand même été très déçue. Dépensez un peu plus et profitez mieux !

Nous sommes vraiment déçu a notre arrivés ils nous donnent une carte pour notre chambre numero 542surprise à l'ouverure de la porte y'avais de residents dans la chambre, retour l'acceuil , deuxième chambre numero 432 horrible, salle de bain sale grico ne fonctionne pas idem climatiseur, nous retournons à l'acceuil environ 45mnt d'attente nous redonne la chambreN° 360 soi disons bien préparer bruit chasse d'eau lit qui grince vu pas terrible

Nous avons trouve un cafard dans la chambre, qui était globalement sale (poussière, grosses couches de calcaire dans les sanitaires, taches sur les fauteuils et chaises). La nourriture est objectivement mauvaise (huile qui degouline de partout, aucun goût, aucune variété). La piscine est same, l'eau est complètement trouble. Nous avons choisi une chambre vue mer que nous n'avons pas eu. La clientèle est excécrable et mal élevée. Pour le personnel, seuls les serveurs et les animateurs sont sympas. Le pire est Expedia qui refuse de nous rembourser alors que l'annonce est mensongère.

Je ny suis restee que 3 jours. Personnel très correct, avec une restriction pour LE receptionniste de l'après-midi, qui a omis de me transmettre un colis m'étant destiné. Il aurait pu laisser le message a sa collegue du matin ! Voir les poussieres en dessous du lit !!!

Hôtel à fuir. Pas propre, hôtel délaissé. Salle de bain plein de calcaire et rouille. Dégât des eaux. Clim qui fonctionne un jour sur deux. Petit déjeuner basic de basic il n’y avait rien. La piscine passe encore mais peu mieux faire niveau entretien. Ascenseur qui fait peur il manque des boutons et tombe en panne souvent. Presque pas de lumière dans tout l’hôtel et la chambre. Pas de gel douche dans chambre double alors que c’est 4 étoiles. Elles sont vraiment filantes…

HÔTEL A FUIR !!!!

Hotel a fuir !!! Prestations minables : animations quasi inexistantes nourriture abominable. Un miracle de ne pas tomber malade. Hotel sale : chambres sales, communs a vomir : pas d eau chaude. Pas de menage dans la chambre. Les chambres ne ferment pas et vols dans les chambres !!!! Je deconseille tres fortement. Un scandale de le proposer !!!

A notre arrivee 3 ampoules sur 5 dans la chambre ne fonctionnaient pas, ni la TV. La salle de bain est delabree. Pas de nourriture DU TOUT au petit dejeuner et manque de reactivite en salle, pas de couverts pas de tables. On paye all inclusive pour rien, il n y a pas de snacks ni crepes ni rien du tout. La piscine est envahie quotidiennement de non residents bruyants, impolis et mal eduques ce qui met a mal la securite des clients. Les animateurs sont gentils, mais on sent cruellement le manque de personnel. L hotel tombe en ruine et son potentiel est gache. On oaye pour un service suasi inexistant et on espere un dedommagement.

Assolutamente niente a che fare con gli alberghi a 4 stelle. Ho fatto il check-in verso le 23, ho dovuto aspettare più di 30 minuti per ricevere la chiave, una volta fatto il check- in e andando.in camera la trovo in pessime condizioni , Sporchissima, TV e cassetta di sicurezza non funzionanti, il mini frigo sporco e con ancora all'interno avanzi di cibo e bottiglie d'acqua, stesso discorso per il balcone molto sporco e con avanzi di cibo e biancheria sporca. Il WIFI é inesistente, il bagno era in pessime condizioni, ho chiesto alla reception di cambiare stanza, sono stati molto gentili si sono scusati e mi hanno assegnato un'altra camera di categoria superiore per compensare il disguido, purtroppo la stanza non era stata pulita e mi sono rifiutato di prenderla. Mi sono presentato per la terza volta alla reception e mi hanno assegnato una terza. Ormai sfinito dal viaggio e stanchissimo ho accettato, anche si é fatto tardi e non avevo più le forze ho accettato. Sono un vecchio cliente di Expedia ma devo dire che per la prima volta mi ha deluso profondamente in quanto sono fidato delle recensioni del fatto che si trattava di un albergo 4 stelle. A mio modesto avviso non vale più di 3 stelle forzate. Chiederò ad expedia il rimborso perché ho passato oltre 2 ore per poter prendere la stanza. Comunque, ritengo di sottolineare che il personale alla reception é stato gentile e disponibile.

L'hôtel est très beau, la piscine est propre et le personnel est aux petits soins. Bravo à l'équipe d'animation! Le buffet est bon et varié. Chapeau aux personnels de cuisine également. Par contre, l'hôtel souffre de manque d'entretien (problèmes d'arrivées et d'évacuation d'eau, de baignoire fendues, de chasse d'eau qui fonctionne une fois sur deux.

Établissement mal entretenu, les salles de bain sont salle les jointures noires, du vert sur les équipements. Toilette extérieur 2 d'ouvertes sur 5 et l’etat n’en parlons pas ( du sûrement aux touristes russes ) je plains les femmes de ménages qui doivent nettoyer ces horreurs
