Cozy Lake Area Cabin! Sandy Beaches nearby and close to boat launch!

This Cozy Lake Area Cabin is located on the south end of the lake with close access to two boat ramps. It has an open floor plan with 4 bedrooms and 1 bath and accommodates up to 8 people. There is access to several sandy beaches and a protected cove across the street to park your boat, with a short walk through the national forest, back to the cabin without having to trailer your boat everyday!

Inside the cabin you will find an open living/dining/kitchen area. Three bedrooms have queen beds and the fourth has a full size bed and a twin bed. There is a large screen TV for relaxing after a fun day on the lake swimming or fishing. Large dining room table for eating your catch of the day or to play games. A washer and dryer is also available.

Outside the cabin you will enjoy the covered carport with a large fan to help you cool off on those hot summer days! There is a fish cleaning station so that you can clean and fry up your catch for dinner or a BBQ pit in case your in the mood for something off the grill. Just bring your clothes, boat, and fishing gear and start making memories that will last a lifetime!

Great Little Cabin at Sam Rayburn

Great place to stay with the family! We’ve stayed here multiple times. Close to boat ramps and has a large carport area to park your bass boat under.

Cozy and spacious quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a peaceful getaway with family. The bedrooms were very accommodating for multiple guests and children. Huge carport with great grill! Stocked supplies was a nice touch. Would def stay again.

Property is well maintained. Heater works great! (it was cold that weekend). The 4 separate bedrooms is hard to find in the area and works great for our needs.

Perfect for a small group with several small private bedrooms. Large covered parking area well lit for tackle prep at night and some of the comfiest couches you will ever sit in to watch the tv in the living room.

Perfect for fishing

Easy access to boat ramp. Covered parking for boat with electrical plug and light to prep boat at night. Quiet neighborhood and everything needed to enjoy a fishing weekend. Thank you and look forward to more trips to come.

Short weekend getaway.

Walking into the cabin gives a warm cozy feel with a woodsy smell, very nice. Lots and lots of kitchen stuff So you don’t need to worry about bringing any except too you plan on using all paper, we have no issues with washing dishes. The towels to use are big and fluffy. There’s an on demand water heater for the back to back showers after a day on the lake. The washer and dryer were large and updated. Wifi was great for movie streaming. There were a couple of kitchen lights out that we wished worked for the evening but that’s a minor thing. For a group for seven adults spending the weekend the space worked well for sleeping, playing games, watching a movie and grabbing a bite to eat. There are close neighbors but the feeling is still a quiet space. Never did figure out the walk to the beach area though. Would recommend this as a great deal for a getaway for a weekend or more. Five stars!!

Property was in a great location- easy access to Sandy Creek boat ramp. We typically stay near Mill Creek, but I can’t wait to return and stay again!

Great place near Rayburn

Great place near the lake. Walking distance from bass fishing in a cove on Raven. Big covered parking area. A gas and a charcoal grill and other amenities on the patio. Awesome place. Also it was really easy to find.

Great Rental

We've stayed at this location many times and it is always clean and pleasant. Only downfall is that there is no access to the lake from the neighborhood, but not the owners fault. The house has everything we need including all kitchen items, towels, washer/dryer, etc. Heat and A/C also work great!
