"Simple attic studio was great for a short work trip to Brussels. Located just around the corner to most of the EU buildings and with everything you need for a quick meal at home. "The apartment was appointed beautifully! Clean. Modern. With an elevator even! The location was so-so. I felt comfortable walking the neighborhood during the day, but I don’t know if I would at night. It may be a safe location, but that’s not the vibe I got. The neighborhood seemed dirty. The sidewalks were littered and had dog feces in a couple of places. There is nothing negative I can say about the apartment though. It was perfect!!"

"Property was as described good space. Both rooms are big with plenty of closet space. Nice outdoor patio. About 25 min walk to grand place or use tram right outside the door. We enjoyed the walking. Would stay again."

The flat is well furnished and comfortable but the windows face towards a busy street close to an intersection and don't protect from the noise of the street. I had trouble sleeping in the morning because of the noise. "

"Appartement fonctionnel et conforme à la desciption! Bonne reactivite du gérant. Cependant, le gérant n'est contacté que par message WhatsApp (et en anglais). Facilité d'accès à l'appartement mais attention : il faut avoir accès au reseau de son téléphone pour obtenir le code d'acces quelques heures avant son arrivée. Heureusement que mon conjoint a son telephone qui fonctionne à l'étranger sinon nous n'aurions pas pu acceder à l'appartement (le mien ne fonctionnant pas)"

"The best part it had a washing machine. Worst part on technically 3rd floor, no elevator, very narrow staircase barely wide enough to carry a small suitcase. I ended falling climbing up because my suitcase got cought up on the bannister. The floor was not very clean and the linnens and bedsheets smelled like mildew. It was about 20 minutes on the bus from Brussels central but the busses are not very regular. I stayed there for a week."

"Some moulding on wall due to a water leak of some kind. It did not affect any functionality, however, the space was damp and mouldy smelling. The utensils were difficult to locate as they were in a cleverly hidden slide drawer which required communication to locate. The tennent on the main floor was intolerant to the paranoids of an older stair structure and having to lift luggage up the flight (as there is no elevator). "Flat was clean, airy, and conveniently located. All public transport nearby and convenient. Our family of four, my husband and I and our two young adult sons, stayed quite comfortably. The kitchen is well situated and the main living area very comfortable. Andrew was extremely responsive, helpful, and very easy to communicate with. We recommend this flat for your next stay in Brussels."

"The property is VERY spacious, well located and well supplied with everything needed...even a clothes washer. The diverse local neighborhood is vibrant, safe, and very convenient to both bus and tram routes to the Centraal Train station and to downtown. Great local restaurants with local fare at reasonable prices. BTW - NOT in middle of "tourist central" and the related frenzy."
