"The location was very nice and the property was clean, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. We booked a room with a balcony and mountain view, but were given a different room without either. I understand that overbooking can sometimes happen, and I can accept that. "Check in was seamless, suite was spacious, clean and with pleasant view. Breakfast options were scarce with many buffet options empty as it seems that people from other properties were also coming to the hotel. No one was verifying who was a guest or not at the breakfast buffet that was included. Location was perfect and in close proximity to Adsprach and Teplickie Skaly."
