Looks can be deceiving!

"The room was hot due to Air Con not operating. The bathroom sink had a number of cracks on it, the shower base was very grubby & the veneer on the toilet seat was peeling off it. When I plugged in my charger for my phone, the electricity in the room blew, so we had to get assistance from reception. Once reset, none of the sockets worked. They did offer us a change of room, however by that point we were really tired from the journey & also had unpacked. "
