"This is a reasonably nice B&B in a residential area not too far from the train station. Host shared check-in information and greeted us when we arrived. Dining and shopping options are nearby. The breakfast is at a little cafe nearby. While we enjoyed the stay the wood floors are a bit creaky and some rugs might help. Also, while the breakfast was very good and plentiful (boiled egg, juice, coffee, yogurt and croissant) as we stayed 5 nights it would be nice if some variation was offered."

"Almost perfect location! Few minutes from Amsterdam Centraal and next to multiple tram lines. Great and helpful staff. Comfortable room with good sized bathroom. The only thing I would add is a place or platform to put my luggage so it can be opened off the floor (maybe modifying the built-in desk or removing the desk drawer unit). Would definitely stay here again!"

Would give five stars, but I had a refrigerator that didn’t work and after reporting it there was no follow up. Negatives would be poor lighting, not much shelf space in the bathroom, not the easiest AC to navigate (instructions at check in would be helpful), and 33 Euros for breakfast seems pretty high (we opted out). Overall, my rating would be closer to 4.5 if didn't have to round down or up."
