"I had the worst experience ever. The owner off the hostel forgot that he had an account at hotels.com. The hostel was overbooked and he couldn’t offer me a bed. After over one hour of discussing with him he could offer me a bed. That was because one guest requested a free cancellation. Then he wanted me to pay more than double the amount I already paired.
