Hotel Grüner Hof

Direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße gelegenes Hotel unser Zimmer war aber davon abgewand. Das Zimmer war ganz normal und sauber die Betten gut. Das Abendessen im Biergarten war einfach super, beim Frühstück hätte ich mir noch etwas mit Ei also Rührei mit Bacon oder Spiegelei gewünscht. Aber alles in allem eine gute Unterbringung für eine Nacht.

Unfortunately our prepaid reservation from several months ago was not known the to staff working the reception. Our party had hiked to the this location (all day hike) and was turned away. The hotel did find another available accommodation with a different property in another town and drove our party there - however would have to pay all over again, and none of the amenities important to us. The staff was not friendly and also could not communicate with Expedia. They ended up ensuring some kind of accommodation but this cost our party a lot of time (including additional hiking the next morning), and unnecessary stress. No effort has been made to offer reimbursement. The Expedia team has been very empathetic and tried to help but that didn’t help that this put a dent into an otherwise fun weekend

Parcheggio privato gratuito. Cucina del ristorante ottima. Camera semplice pulitissima. Colazione tipica ottima, non aspettatevi brioche e biscotti. Ottima location nel cuore della foresta nera. Da qui partono alcune sentieri per passeggiate. Luogo tranquillo e silenzioso.

Helaas waren twee van de 4 stoelen op het balkon kapot. Even lekker met het gezin zitten en uitrusten was lastiger. En de douche slang was kapot waardoor er minder waterdruk op zat Verder een prima overnachtingshotel. Een beetje Zuid-Duitse “kneuterigheid” wat wij altijd wel zoeken op doorreis.

Die Unterkunft war super. Lediglich das Bad könnte etwas sauberer sein und das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltiger. Ansonsten war es wirklich ein super Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl.
