"Eine verdunkelungs Gardine hatte keine funktion. Beim frühstücksbuffett fehlte die loebe am Detail. Käse und Wurstwaren wurden als klotz hingelegt bzw. Aus der packung so abgelegt. Sah nicht ansprechend aus. Man musste öfters darauf hinweisen, dass einige sachen schon vergriffen waren. Und was total irritierend war ist, dass es kaffeekapseln zu €1.50 das stück zu erwerben war wenn man ein "guten" Kaffee trinken möchte. Wir finden, das sollte inkl. sein, oder deutlich günstiger. "We loved our stay at Pinzgauer Hof. Our family stayed at the Landal down the road and though more modern they were complaining about the noise from the traffic coming through while everything was so peaceful and quiet for us. The Hof is conveniently placed at the foot of the mountain next to the gondola. "The hotel was in a good location. The service staff, particularly the receptionist and restaurant staff were not friwndly or accommodating. We had purchased breakfast with our room reservation. When we checked we were told breakfast was available till 11 am. We came to the restaurant at 10.35 am were curtly told that breakfast was done, though we could have coffee. The staff the. Proceeded to charge us for even the coffee. The staff were available and there were very few guests around- we felt we could have been accommodated. The prior evening too we found the same staff to be not welcoming at dinner time. Did not leave us with good feeling and will likely choose a different hotel the next time we visit."
